G'day

There is a bit of an Aussie theme going in the Trivia Tribe.. for example we have had a thread on "Sydney Trivia" tribes.tribe.net/triviaroc...cf27dd6bae

We also play a game posting photos and you have to guess "Who Where & When"

I posted one of Francis De Groot at tribes.tribe.net/triviaroc...d0cdd2d889 and it took em a while to get it.... and there is quite a few Aussies in the Tribe !

I just posted one at tribes.tribe.net/triviaroc...d797a51829 surely you guys know who it is ?

My first question was "What is the Capital of Australia" and the first crack at it was "Queensland" LOL

(oh... and I am posting this across a few Aussie tribes to see if you know who it is......
I thought De Groot was easy !)

Yeah... but I doubt there was a submarine involved.. but that Holt had been collected by one was indeed one of the theories surrounding his disappearance.

Some online conspiracy theories as to the fate of poor Harold:

He was taken by aliens to the planet Mothball.
He was picked up by a Russian submarine and whisked away to spend the rest of his days working for the KGB.

He swam all the way to Tasmania where he went feral, hunting for Tasmanian tigers.
He was shot by a curiously resurrected Lee Harvey Oswald. In fact, nobody knew this, but Harold was actually a long lost member of the Kennedy family.
He swam on to Antarctica where he was adopted by a family of rather short-sighted penguins.

                But my favorite...*drum roll*:
